Fees
Clear fee bases before any engagement letter
Pricing for board advisory depends on cadence, travel, and the complexity of ownership questions. The figures below are guidance for owner-managed companies in Australia — not an online checkout.
Owner-Manager Board Advisory
Monthly sessions, pack pre-reads, written notes, and quarterly deep-dives on a twelve-month cycle.
Best when decisions recur across capital, people, and succession. Travel outside Melbourne metro may attract a visit fee.
Board Readiness Review
Four-week diagnostic of decision papers, meeting rhythm, and accountability gaps before you invite independents or begin a sale process.
Fixed scope. Additional site visits quoted separately for interstate work.
Succession & Ownership Sessions
Facilitated workshops for family and co-owners documenting paths, voting rights, and timelines.
Quoted as a series once we know how many parties must be in the room and whether legal counsel attends.
Capital Decision Briefings
Focused preparation for a single major outlay, acquisition, or debt facility.
Fee reflects pack complexity and turnaround. Rush work inside five working days is limited.
What shapes an estimate
- Number of ownership parties who must participate
- Whether sessions are in Marysville, on client premises, or remote
- Depth of historical papers already available
- Whether a briefing must align to a lender or buyer timeline
Deposits may be requested for project work. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Full terms appear in the engagement letter and on our refunds & cancellations page.
